Upon graduating from Alfred State College, McGrady moved to the nation’s capital and spent several years as a Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal and since then has held a myriad of positions ranging from Administrative Assistant to Product Coding Administrator to Business Manager to Training Alliance Coordinator.

Though raised in the church, it wasn’t until August of 2000 that Kimberly came into an intimate relationship with the Lord. A partner at Faith To Face Ministries for the past decade, Kimberly is currently the Chief Musician, a member of the Christian Education ministry team, a part of the Senior Leadership Team of the ministry. Kimberly truly has a love and passion for the reading, study and ministry of the Word of God. Prophet Randle was brought up in a traditional Pentecostal/Holiness environment and was exposed at an early age to the awesome power of the Holy Spirit. Prophet Randle loves God and God’s people and his ministry’s focus is to recapture the essence of the lessons taught by the “Saints of Old” and to present its current relevance by demonstrating the power of God’s Word.

Prophet Randle, his wife Tracy and their three children Raymond II, Rylan and Rayne currently reside in Lithonia, Georgia a suburb of Atlanta. Prophet Randle served as one of the Senior House Prophets at Anointed Word Evangelistic Tabernacle COGIC in Atlanta, Georgia under the pastorate of Dr. Bobby Henderson. They both accepted the Lord as their Savior in 1979, the year they said “I do” and have not looked back nor have a desire to do so.

Minister Jennifer will always love and celebrate God for His many, many blessings and His mercy and grace throughout her life. She loves God deeply and is unable to envision a life where she is not serving Him.

Pastor Stephen Ryce

Pastor Stephen D. Ryce, an active member of Antioch Holiness Church located in Buffalo, NY serves as Chief Adjutant to Bishop James H. Bowman, Sr., Presiding Bishop of The Great Commission Fellowship of Churches, International. Traveling extensively in this role, Elder Ryce has been favored to see many souls come to the knowledge of God, healed and delivered thus strengthening his own mission to reach the nations for the Kingdom of Christ.

Pastor Steve was born and raised in Buffalo, NY where he excelled in the public school system. During his youth, at about the gentle age of eight, he felt the pull of the Lord in his heart assuring him that he too would one day be active in the affairs of the church. Even at that age, this draw was not strange or intimidating being that he came from a long line of family members active in church leadership roles and church work. It wasn’t until Pastor Ryce turned twenty-two that he accepted the call to a more defined role in ministry. His trial message was entitled “What Time is It? It is Time to Be Real!” This message has truly proven to be an ongoing mantra of his life with the significance of it being threaded in some fashion throughout his entire ministry. The theme of restoration and deliberate confidence in the Lord also burns in many of his messages, with Hebrews 10:35 “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward” often being proclaimed.

Pastor Steve has been blessed to see both the outside and inner-workings of church ministry. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty, nor is he too busy to learn new skills. At one time serving in just about every function of the local church setting including, Choir Member, Usher, Sunday School Teacher/ Superintendent, Janitor, Deacon, Administrator, Trustee, etc., these opportunities have shaped the way he extends himself to ministry. His desire is to bring forth excellence and to present ministry to the masses in a manner that is dynamic and enriching, therefore compelling souls to come into the ark of safety. Banishing the lull of mediocrity, with the Lord’s help and order, he directs himself in a fashion that is gentle yet commanding, blunt yet articulate, open yet instructed in the way of Holiness.

In the mid 1990’s he was Ordained as a Licensed Elder. This opened the door for him to serve in the capacity of Youth Pastor at Antioch Holiness Church for ten years. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience working with the youth, motivating them to experience the fullness that Christ has to offer. His greatest joy and most challenging role, Pastor Steve lovingly prays for and inspires his own two sons, Jonathan and Joshua, encouraging them to bring forth the teaching/preaching gifts which resides within them. Pastor Steve sees this as one of his supreme tasks and takes great care in how he helps to develop their God-given gifts and talents.

Pastor Stephen D. Ryce attended SUNY Brockport where he studied Communications. He is the Owner of Provision Consultants LLC ~ a multi faceted company that serves the many needs of people especially helping to secure affordable housing. This is yet another way in which he serves in humility and love.

Pastor Jeanette Vaughn

Jeanette Vaughn is a native of Buffalo, NY and the loving wife and friend of Dr. Mark D. Vaughn (a native of Elmira, NY). They have co-labored together in ministry for over 25 years. She is the proud mother of five lovely children (Karissa, Kyela, Cullen, Carrington, and Clayton). They live and pastor in the Southern Tier of New York. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Education, and her Certification for Administration. She has taught in the Corning-Painted Post School District for four years.

Jeanette accepted the Lord in her youth through the consistent prayers and steadfastness of her mother (Mother Mildred Brooks) taking her to prayer at church. Through anointed exhortation and intercession, Pastor Jeanette is used of God to propel His chosen into their rightful place in the body of Christ. Her powerful preaching and teaching ministry of restoration and deliverance is evidence that she is persuaded that "nothing is impossible to those who choose to commit their ways unto the Lord."

Jeanette is committed to serving in the body of Christ, to sharing the Word of God and to encouraging men and women alike to have 'faith to face' the challenges of life. Above all, she wants to be faithful unto God.
